Jiro is a lawyer and graduate of the Escuela Libre de Derecho with over a decade of continuous professional experience—dating back to 2014—specializing in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), banking and finance, and real estate.

Throughout his career, Jiro has represented both domestic and international clients in a wide range of matters. This includes the incorporation and establishment of companies in Mexico, corporate governance advisory, the negotiation of various types of contracts, the structuring and procurement of financing, debt restructurings, and real estate transactions—covering retail, industrial, residential, and mixed-use projects.

His professional background includes tenures at highly regarded law firms—such as Romo Paillés, SMPS Legal, and Chevez Ruiz Zamarripa—where he has advised clients on both day-to-day operations and complex, specialized transactions. His experience spans diverse industries, including domestic and foreign investment funds, Mexican real estate investment trusts (FIBRAs), and prominent companies across the real estate, industrial, financial, consumer products and services, transportation, education, and healthcare sectors.
