A consultant at the firm, she provides environmental and administrative advice, offering close support to our clients’ projects to ensure their viability, continuity, and safety. Through environmental and administrative consulting, she helps prevent regulatory risk through rigorous document analysis. In the event of contingencies or crises due to non-compliance, she designs and implements highly effective defense and regularization strategies, transforming complex legal problems into efficient solutions tailored to each company.
Her practice is backed by more than two decades of professional experience, including 16 years as a public servant within the Federal Public Administration. She holds a law degree, a specialization in Administrative Law, and a Master of Laws from the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM), where she graduated with honorable mention on both her professional and graduate examinations.
During her time in the government sector, she held various positions in the Legal Department of the Ministry of Environment and Natural Resources (SEMARNAT). In that role, she led the legal analysis and drafting of federal regulatory instruments and took an active part in regulatory improvement working groups. This direct immersion in the creation of regulations gives her a competitive advantage, as she has firsthand knowledge of the regulatory instruments, criteria, and approaches of the authorities, allowing her to anticipate scenarios, facilitate institutional dialogue, and develop compliance strategies for the private sector.
In the private sector, she stands out for her ability to ensure compliance with corporate environmental obligations. She has experience in preparing reports and technical documentation to demonstrate such compliance, as well as in conducting regulatory audits, providing strategic defense in administrative proceedings, and liaising with federal, state, and municipal authorities.
