A law graduate of Universidad Iberoamericana with additional studies in Business Administration and Senior Management from IPADE, he brings over three decades of experience in the legal and business sectors.

Throughout his career, he has combined his legal background with extensive experience in management, administration, and business development. He has founded and led companies and professional organizations and has managed law firms, gaining a comprehensive understanding of the challenges involved in developing and operating a professional services firm.

His experience encompasses handling and coordinating matters for domestic and international companies, as well as managing teams, administrative processes, relationships with clients and outside advisors, strategic planning, and new business development.

He has developed business projects across various industries, including food, entertainment, construction, real estate, and professional services. This experience has enabled him to cultivate a perspective focused on operational efficiency, decision-making, and the creation of organizational structures capable of supporting the growth of both clients and the organizations themselves.

At Valle Salinas Pacchiano, Rodrigo plays a key role in directing and strengthening the firm’s administrative and operational management. His goal is to consolidate processes, systems, and structures that allow the firm’s lawyers to focus on the core of VSP’s practice: legal excellence and close, long-term client relationships.
